1. Permitted use
- Use the miner for personal, opt-in pool mining on an authorized device.
- Use a public receiving address that you control and that is compatible with the selected pool.
- Choose a CPU thread limit suitable for your device and stop mining when needed.
2. Prohibited use
- Do not install or embed the miner to run without the affected user's informed consent.
- Do not use devices, accounts, or network resources without authorization.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, exploit, or manipulate the pool, proxy, or other services.
- Do not submit fraudulent shares or use the service for unlawful activity.
- Do not enter a private key, wallet seed, password, or other secret into the miner.
3. Device use and costs
Mining can increase processor load, electricity consumption, temperature, fan noise, and battery drain. Monitor your device and stop mining if it gets unusually hot, unstable, or slow. Use of the miner is at your own discretion and risk; browser mining may be unprofitable and rewards are not guaranteed.
4. Pool services and rewards
The pool is a separate service. Pool availability, accepted shares, fees, payout thresholds, payment timing, and account data are governed by the pool operator's current rules. Check the pool's information before connecting. The miner does not guarantee a particular hashrate, reward, or payout.
5. Security and privacy
Enter only a public receiving address. The address is sent to the selected pool for mining login and, when applicable, account statistics. Refer to the Privacy Policy for information about browser storage and service requests.
6. Availability and warranty
The site and miner are provided on an as-available basis. Connections may fail, pool services may change, and displayed statistics may be delayed or unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no specific performance, availability, or earnings are promised.
7. Legal compliance
You are responsible for determining whether cryptocurrency mining is permitted where you live and for complying with applicable laws, tax requirements, and workplace or network policies.
8. Changes
These safe-use notes may be revised as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you should review the revised information. This page is informational and is not legal advice.
