Cookies

The web miner does not intentionally set browser cookies for its own functionality. Requests to external sites, such as a pool you visit, may be subject to those sites' own cookie and storage practices.

Local storage

The site uses localStorage to remember your light or dark display theme between visits. This preference remains in your browser until you clear it. It is not sent with every HTTP request.

The miner does not save your wallet address or mining history in localStorage. The wallet address is held in page memory while the page is open and is sent to the pool when used for mining or pool account statistics. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Changing or removing the preference

  • Use the theme control in the page header to switch themes.
  • Clear this site's stored data using your browser's site settings to remove the saved preference.
  • Blocking localStorage may prevent the theme choice from persisting; the miner itself can still be used.

Third-party services

The miner requests pool information from Bytecoin Network and may request account data when you start mining with that pool. The pool or other network providers may process those requests under their own practices. No external analytics or advertising scripts are used by the page.

SummaryNo site cookies are set by the miner. One local preference stores your chosen theme; your wallet address is not saved in browser storage.
